Terms of Use
Effective July 28, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Brain50, a desktop application and related services provided by Streetbeat, LLC (“Streetbeat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Brain50, you agree to these Terms. If you use Brain50 for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
1. Brain50
Brain50 helps users organize local project materials, connect permitted third-party services, use AI-assisted workflows, and create reports and deliverables. We may improve, update, replace, or discontinue features as the product and its connected services evolve.
2. Accounts and authorization
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your device and account, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You may connect only accounts and information that you are authorized to access and process. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
3. Your instructions and content
You retain your rights in content you provide or connect. You authorize Streetbeat and its service providers to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve Brain50’s user-facing features, subject to the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming external actions.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Brain50 to:
- violate law, contractual duties, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or third-party service policies;
- access information or accounts without authorization;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with service operation, bypass safeguards, or probe another user’s data;
- send spam, deceptive communications, or unlawful content; or
- represent AI-generated output as verified fact without appropriate review where the context requires verification.
5. Connected services
Brain50 can interact with third-party services at your direction. Third-party services are controlled by their providers and may change, suspend access, or impose separate terms. You can disconnect a service at any time. Brain50 requires an approval step before supported Gmail and Google Calendar mutations, but you remain responsible for every action you approve.
6. AI output
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You must independently review important claims, citations, calculations, and proposed actions. Brain50 is not a substitute for legal, tax, medical, investment, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
7. Intellectual property
Streetbeat and its licensors own Brain50, its software, branding, and related materials, excluding your content and third-party materials. Subject to these Terms, Streetbeat grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Brain50 for its intended purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Brain50 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security or legal risk, protect users or services, enforce these Terms, or discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
9. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAIN50 AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” STREETBEAT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT BRAIN50 OR ITS OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREETBEAT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO BRAIN50. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
